Color and texture not right

The shade was off even though it’s the shade I typically get. Different type of product so it was thicker & too yellow for me. I have tried it more than once thinking maybe it was the primer or something different or depending if I got too much sun before using, etc. , but still …

Need more coverage

While this product is moisturizing, I much prefer the Tarte BB Blur Tinted Moisturizer for a bit more coverage. Plus the BB has SPF 30. I want light coverage but feel the Tinted Hydrator just gives almost none.
