Frequently Asked Questions (from the seller's page)
Is a stim-free pre-workout better than a stim-based pre-workout? Choosing between stim-free and stim-based pre-workout depends on your personal needs and tolerance for stimulants, notably caffeine. Many people admittedly love the jolt of wakefulness and increased vigilance that caffeine provides, and are more likely to perform well in the gym because of that. Obviously, the psychotropic rush you feel after taking a stim-based pre-workout will not be as apparent when taking a non-stim pre-workout. But if you work out later in the day, a stimulant-free pre-workout may be the better option so it doesn't interfere with your sleep. Can you take stim-free pre-workout every day? Yes, it's safe to take our non-stim pre-workout daily as long as you adhere to recommended dosages. Our product is formulated with safe levels of each ingredient and is free from harmful additives, ensuring consistent performance benefits. Will stim-free pre-workout keep me up at night? No, this formula contains 100% non-stimulant ingredients and won't cause restlessness. Does non-stim pre-workout help build muscle? It sure can; the ingredients in our Stim-Free Pre-Workout can help you train harder and longer, resulting in enhanced muscle gains (assuming you're eating a proper muscle-building diet). What is stim-free pre-workout used for? Our stim-free pre-workout is designed to increase power and endurance by
