The left earphone was not working and gave a loud buzzing sound. The returns process was very difficult and I had to pay postage myself. There's now no email address to write to - everything is AI that can't fix anything if the system doesn't work. Not a smart investment, I'd say…

The quality of headphone is
The quality of headphone is good but unfortunately, I am facing some disconnection and connection problem. Also when it heats the high volume it makes a sound that can become annoying.

Earbuds worked great for about
Earbuds worked great for about two days until left bud completely broke, and while it will charge when removed from the case the earbud just turns off and doesn't work. Wish they would just bring back the MOD earbuds those were actually worth the price.
