We collect as little as we can.

What we collect

Searches and browsing: what you search for and which products you open, so we can show results. Searches are sent to Shopify's product catalog to find matching products.

Usage analytics, unless you choose Essential only: pages viewed and actions such as comparing or opening a product, with an anonymous session ID, through Base44 (the platform that hosts Coreplex) and Google Analytics. When someone sends the contact form, Google Ads may record that a form was sent.

Your basket and compare list: as a guest they stay in your browser. If you sign in, your basket is saved to your account.

Account details: if you create an account, for example to claim a brand, your email address and the details you provide.

Messages: when you use the contact form, your name, email, topic, optional company or website, and your message.

What we don't collect

Payment details. Checkout happens on the seller's own Shopify checkout, so card, billing and shipping details go to the seller and Shopify, not to us.

Recordings of your visit. We don't record screens or sessions.

Ad personalization. We don't use your activity for remarketing or personalized ads.

Cookies and browser storage

Essential, always on: your basket, compare list, privacy choice and sign-in session. Without these the site doesn't work as expected.

Analytics, optional: the Base44 analytics session ID, Google Analytics cookies and Google Ads conversion measurement. Choose Essential only in the banner or under Privacy choices in the footer and they stay off on this browser.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run Coreplex: Base44 (hosting, data storage and analytics), Shopify (product catalog and checkout), Google (analytics and ad measurement), and an AI provider used through our platform to write product stories from seller descriptions. No personal information is sent for product stories.

Sellers, when you choose to continue to their checkout.

Authorities, if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and account details only as long as we need them to reply to you or run your account. Guest basket and compare data stays in your browser until you clear it. Analytics data is kept according to each provider's retention settings.

Your choices and rights

Turn analytics off any time under Privacy choices in the footer.

Ask us to show, correct or delete information we hold about you through the contact form. Depending on where you live, for example California or the EU, you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.

Coreplex isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
